Private, owner-operated Gmail integration

Read-only mail access with a narrow purpose.

Skynet Mail Reader is a private application for John Alvarado. It is designed to read mail from exactly four Google mail principals that John controls and make that mail available to his own destination-local systems.

Current status: this page describes the application and its intended data handling. It does not claim that mail collection or production processing is active.

How it is designed to work

A constrained path from consent to private processing.

John authorizes each account

Each of the four John-controlled Google accounts is authorized separately through Google’s consent flow.

Identity is verified first

The Gmail profile email address is checked against the account assigned to that authorization before token state can be written.

Data stays destination-local

Tokens and retained mail are stored in John’s private H3 environment. Selected content may be processed by service providers when needed for John-requested assistant tasks.

Access boundary

Gmail read access only.

The application requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly . That scope permits reading Gmail messages and settings. The application does not request permission to send, delete, modify, or organize mail.

No sale of Gmail data.
No advertising based on Gmail data.
Service providers may process selected data only as needed for John’s requested personal or business assistant tasks.
No access for accounts other than the four principals John controls.

Your control

Consent can be revoked.
